Welcome to CTC Northampton - part of Cycling UK

Who we are

CTC Northampton is the local group of Cycling UK – the national organisation supporting cycling and cyclists. We offer a range of social, non-competitive cycle rides throughout the year and actively welcome new riders. We also run talks and social events and we campaign to improve cycling provision in our area.

CTC Northampton also supports the CTC Kettering Informal Member Group.

Our name echoes Cycling UK’s origins as the Cyclists' Touring Club (CTC). The CTC was founded in 1878 and the Northampton group in 1920. The CTC became Cycling UK in 2016. You can find out more on our history page.
